Life can change in the blink of an eye, but true acceptance comes from how you choose to move forward.

I empower individuals adapting to life after trauma—whether physical, emotional, or both—by providing the resources, community, and encouragement they need to feel whole again.
Welcome, I’m So Glad You’re Here.
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re facing a kind of loss that’s reshaping everything you once knew—whether it’s the loss of a loved one , a part of yourself, or the life you thought you’d have. Maybe you’re grieving a future that looks nothing like what you planned. Maybe you're trying to find your footing in a world that suddenly feels unfamiliar.
I see you. Loss, in any form, is disorienting.
One day, life feels steady, predictable, whole. And in the blink of an eye, everything shifts.

Chances Are...

You don’t recognize yourself or your life.

You’re desperate for someone who gets it.

You don’t know what comes next.
The reflection in the mirror doesn’t feel like you anymore. The world keeps moving like nothing changed, but inside, you feel unrecognizable— grieving not just what you lost, but the version of yourself that went with it.
Not just someone who offers sympathy or empty platitudes, but people who understand the weight of loss firsthand. You don’t need toxic positivity. You need connection, validation, and a space where healing doesn’t have a deadline.
There’s no roadmap for grief. No checklist for piecing your life back together after it’s been shattered. You’re doing your best, but some days, moving forward feels impossible.
And here’s what I’ve learned along my own deeply personal healing journey…
Healing isn’t about “getting over it” or finding a silver lining in pain. It’s about learning to exist in a life that looks different than the one you planned. It’s about finding peace in what is, while honoring what was.
This isn’t about moving on. It’s about moving forward—with support, with purpose, and with hope.

Hi, I’m Meagan Oberle! I’m so glad you’re here.

Founder, Friend, Fellow Healer
I’m Meagan Oberle, founder of In The Blink, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people navigate loss—whether physical, emotional, or both. But before this became my mission, it was my reality.
A few years ago, I was living what felt like a normal life—raising my son, running my household, and doing my best to keep everything together after losing my husband to COVID-19. Then, just months later, a dirt bike accident took my left eye. In the blink of an eye (literally), everything changed again. The grief was suffocating. The loss wasn’t just physical—it was the loss of identity, the loss of control, the loss of the life I thought I’d have. I wasn’t just broken on the outside; I felt shattered on the inside too.
And yet, in that darkness, people showed up for me. Friends, family, and even strangers reminded me that I wasn’t alone. The day I received my prosthetic eye, I realized that healing isn’t just about survival—it’s about reclaiming yourself, your purpose, and your right to move forward on your own terms. That moment was my light at the end of the tunnel. And now, I want to be that light for others.
That’s why I started In The Blink—to provide financial assistance for prosthetic eyes, therapeutic resources for those grieving their past selves, and a compassionate community where no one has to navigate loss alone. Through our programs, podcast, and resources, I share stories of resilience, because I know firsthand that healing isn’t about “moving on”—it’s about learning to live fully, even when life looks nothing like what you planned.
So if you’re here—whether you’ve lost a part of yourself, a person you loved, or a life you expected—know this: you’re not alone. Peace is possible. And I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
